This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use VYRKAITO (the "Service"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to contestants and visitors.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We do not trade, rent, or hand your data to data brokers.
However, running the Service requires a small number of service providers who process data strictly on our behalf and under contract:

We may also disclose data where legally required (courts, regulators, law enforcement, tax/sanctions compliance), to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of a contest, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Our infrastructure and providers may process data in countries other than yours (our primary region is Bahrain, with providers in other regions). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
By registering, you agree that we may send you marketing emails about VYRKAITO — including upcoming contests, results, features, and promotions.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time at support@vyrkaito.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service emails (e.g. entry confirmation, contest start, payout, security, and legal notices).
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to run the Service (e.g. keeping you signed in, security, rate-limiting, and low-data caching). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, private-network isolation of servers and databases, a tamper-evident audit log, and monitoring. Private keys and sensitive secrets are never placed in the frontend, source code, or version control. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the risk. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and regulators where the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access your data, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent (e.g. marketing), request portability, and complain to a data-protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact support@vyrkaito.com. We will respond within the period required by law. Note that some data (e.g. audit, payment, and anti-fraud records) may be retained even after a deletion request where the law requires us to keep it.
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
