This Risk Disclosure explains the important risks of using VYRKAITO. By creating an account, paying the entry fee, or participating in any contest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these risks. If you do not understand or accept any part of this disclosure, do not participate.
2We are not a licensed or regulated platform
2.1VYRKAITO is a skill-based trading competition run on a simulator. We are not a licensed or regulated broker, dealer, exchange, bank, money-services business, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution, and we are not authorised or supervised by any financial regulator.
2.2We do not offer, sell, or facilitate any real financial instrument, security, derivative, futures contract, or investment product. We do not hold, custody, invest, or manage any trading capital on your behalf.
2.3Participation gives you no protection that a regulated financial service might provide — there is no investor-compensation scheme, financial ombudsman, deposit guarantee, or regulatory recourse attached to your participation. Your only relationship with us is as a contestant under our Terms.
3Trading involves substantial risk
3.1Trading — including the simulated trading in this competition — involves substantial risk. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Cryptocurrency prices in particular can move sharply, at any hour, and without warning.
3.2Within a contest you can lose your wallet balance quickly, be eliminated at the 9,000 equity threshold (a 10% loss), and finish the contest with nothing to show for your entry fee. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses and increases the speed at which you can be eliminated.
3.3You may win no prize at all. Only the single first-place finisher of each contest receives a prize. The overwhelming majority of contestants will not win. Do not enter money you cannot afford to lose.
4Independent decision-making — your trades are your own
4.1Every trade, order, position, leverage setting, and closing decision you make is your own independent decision. You alone are responsible for the choices you make in the competition.
4.2This platform does not execute trades on your behalf. We do not place, recommend, manage, time, or advise on any trade. We do not act as your agent, broker, or fiduciary. Our systems only record, price, and score the decisions you choose to make, and enforce the contest rules.
4.3Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any prices, charts, data, rankings, results, or other information are provided for the operation of the competition only. They are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and must not be relied on for any real-world financial decision.
4.4If you want advice about real trading or investing, seek an appropriately licensed professional. We are not that professional and do not purport to be.
5Your entry fee is at risk and non-refundable
5.1The entry fee is the only real money you commit, and it is non-refundable once you have paid and/or begun participating, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. You may pay the fee and be eliminated within minutes.
5.2The prize is fixed and paid only to the winner; it is not derived from entry fees, and paying more does not improve your balance, entries, or odds. Treat the entry fee as an amount you are prepared to lose entirely for the chance — not the promise — of a prize.
6Technology, connectivity, and market-data risk
6.1Live, timed, internet-based competition carries risks we do not control: network latency, packet loss, disconnections, weak or unstable mobile/data connections, device or browser limitations, and third-party infrastructure faults. These can affect whether and when your actions reach our server.
6.2We rely on external market-data sources. Feeds can be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. To protect fairness, our system may reject orders or switch to read-only when it cannot obtain valid, fresh prices, and it will not liquidate on stale data. This is a safety measure, not a malfunction.
6.3Orders are never queued offline. An action that is not confirmed by our server has not happened. As stated in our Terms, we are not responsible for any glitch, lag, freeze, disconnection, or malfunction while you are trading, or for its effect on your positions, ranking, elimination, or result. You accept these conditions as an inherent part of the competition.
6.4The server record is the sole and final authority on all prices, PnL, rankings, eliminations, and results.
7Cryptocurrency and payment risk
7.1Entry fees and prizes involve cryptocurrency, which carries its own risks: price volatility, irreversible transactions, wrong-network or wrong-address transfers, and blockchain congestion or delays. Sending funds on the wrong network or to the wrong address may result in permanent loss and does not create a valid entry.
7.2You are responsible for the security of your own wallets, keys, and devices. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, and you must never share them.
8No guarantees
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee as to availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of data, or any particular outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
9Play responsibly
Competitive trading can be engaging and can encourage repeated spending. Only participate with money you can comfortably afford to lose, set your own limits, and stop if it stops being enjoyable. If you feel your participation is becoming harmful, please seek support at support@vyrkaito.com
10Acknowledgement
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk, that all your trading decisions are your own, that we do not trade on your behalf or provide advice, and that your entry fee is at risk and non-refundable.
